As an Employee-Owned Company our culture revolves around emphasizing how each and every employee-owner makes a difference. This piece of our culture is essential to our success! During the month of September we learned that one of our fellow employee-owners Carl Morgan, of the ESS Kansas City Branch, was named 2017 Employee-Owner of the Year by the Heart of America Chapter for Missouri and Kansas. In addition to the recognition that Carl received, Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was also recognized as the runner up for 2017 ESOP Company of the Year. We are proud to be represented by Carl and congratulate all of the outstanding ESOP companies who were recognized.
