Honoring Our Best and Safest
Lance Trager was a former employee-owner who always had safety at the forefront of his mind. Lance was meticulous when it came to safety, and he had a genuine passion for ESS. Tragically, Lance passed away due to an on-the-job accident several years ago.
Each year at our Annual Meeting, the Lance Trager Memorial Safety Award is presented in his memory to an individual who prioritizes safety, and constantly promotes a positive safety culture. This employee-owner is selected not only for their past success, but for their clear commitment to safety each and every day.
