Stronger roots, bigger impact in Branson
We’ve been working in Branson, Missouri for years, but now it’s official – Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) is here to stay. We’re excited to announce the opening of our office in Branson, which marks a major milestone in our long-term commitment to the area. It’s more than just a place to hang our hats; it’s a sign that we’re committed to growing with this community and being a part of its future.
Why Branson?
With offices already in Springfield and Joplin, we’re no strangers to Southern Missouri. When ESS acquired Tom Boyce Excavating in 2021, our reach officially expanded to Branson. Now, with this new office, we’re not just passing through — we’re planting roots.
Through our work on local construction projects, including Silver Dollar City Resort, our work helps shape the infrastructure of this community. With Branson’s continued growth, the new office allows us to better support the operational needs and continue to bring our best.
The reveal
On February 27, 2025, we held a ribbon-cutting ceremony that kicked off this new chapter. Hosted in partnership with the Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, the ceremony brought together local leaders, businesses and community members to celebrate.
The new office, formerly the Tom Boyce Excavating shop, has about 3,000 square feet of repurposed space. It’s now the home to ESS administrative and operations support in Branson.
Local workforce with a local impact
Our team is made up of people who live here, work here and care about what happens here. “Our people are from this area, know it well and are committed to making an impact,” said Chris Landwehr, ESS assistant vice president. “With this new office, our team will be here daily to serve the Branson community.”
With the new office officially opened, we are prepared to handle what’s next. Whether it’s prepping the ground for future growth or upgrading existing infrastructure, we’re here to support our Branson community. We’ve got big plans, and they’re just getting started.
