Awarding Excellence: Blue Blood Class of 2024
The Blue Blood Award is one of the top traditions at Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS). Each year, we recognize three individuals who “bleed ESS blue” and continue to make us best-in-class. They set the bar high, go the extra mile and crush it every day.
Award Criteria
- A minimum 5 years of service
- Display a talent for mentoring and developing their colleagues
- Embody our core values (the 5 P’s)
- Nominated by leaders
