Work hard, play hard: Celebrating the ESS way

We own it. We’ve built it together. And it was pretty exciting to celebrate all of that hard work at our annual stock price reveal parties! 

As part of the ESS Companies (ESSC) family, we came together during our virtual Shareholder Week, a virtual experience built for our incredible employee-owners. Each year, we take this week to celebrate our successes and set the stage for the opportunities ahead. 

Throughout the week of March 24, we shared exciting company and project news, announced new tools and resources to help our employee-owners own their health and wealth, and built anticipation for the big stock price reveal. 

Friday, March 28, brought employee-owners from across the family of companies together to share the excitement. From live music to games (even a human pinata), photo booths, and delicious food and drinks, there was no shortage of ways to enjoy the moment and commemorate our success.

We counted down together for the monumental reveal: a record-breaking stock price! 

This celebration wasn’t just about fun and festivities. It was a reflection of the dedication and commitment of every ESS employee-owner. Our record-high stock price represents the collective efforts and hard work of our teams, showing once again the power of employee ownership.

As we look ahead to the rest of 2025, one thing is certain: our employee-owners are unstoppable. Here’s to another year of crushin’ it and celebrating even more success together!
