Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) is honored to receive a 2019 Capstone Award in the Infrastructure category for our South Liberty Parkway, Phase II project. This project on South Liberty Parkway from Withers Road to Missouri Route 291 consisted of constructing 2.5 miles of four-lane roadway, water lines to facilitate economic development, a sidewalk on the north, and a bicycle path on the south. This $26 million project created a crucial connection between Interstate 35 and Route 291, bringing a much needed east-west connection to the area. This alleviated congestion at a key intersection in Liberty and opened up more than 1,000 acres for development of single-family residential and commercial areas.
