John Twitty Energy Center Pump Station

John Twitty Energy Center contracted Emery Sapp & Sons to construct a new pump station. The pump station included a lift station, force main, and gravity sewer lines with the lift station consisting of a cast-in-place concrete wet well, valve vault, and flow metering structure. ESS also built an above-ground cast-in-place concrete building to house the electrical components.

Scope of Work

This project’s scope concluded with 6,867 cubic yards of rock and other material of excavation and grading, concrete pours of 141 cubic yards, reinforced steel totaling 33,800 pounds and 2,711 linear feet of water mains and line.
