ESS was contracted to perform the earthwork and site utilities package for the Midwest Commerce Center Building 2 project. The Midwest Commerce Center is a 155-acre premier business park which is one of the largest facilities in the Midwest.

Catamount chose Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) as their preferred civil contractor because of our reputable experience in producing quality projects in a timely manner. The timing of this project put ESS to work during the harsh winter months. This meant that while trying to produce a speed-to-market product, the team was battling the winter climate. There were often times during the grading process when they encountered frost on the ground that needed to be cut out in order to continue to work. Even through these challenges, ESS was able to deliver a quality product on time.
