Frisco Senior Village Phase 2

Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was a subcontractor for the Frisco Senior Village Phase II project in Bolivar, Missouri. Phase II consists of the eight single-story multi-unit buildings along with a single-story community center. In addition, this project also includes parking lots, driveways, and underground utilities. When ESS had begun excavating, they ran into some unforeseen circumstances due to the existing soil being unsuitable. This impacted the original schedule, but our crews put in longer hours to complete this phase. Not to mention, the Frisco Senior Village Phase II project was in full swing during the middle of the winter season which meant working through snow and freezing temperatures. This alone was a challenge in itself but ESS crews persisted and self-performed nearly 90% of the work.
