Located just off Highway 14 in Nixa, Missouri, Forest Heights is soon to become one of the largest residential developments in the area. Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was selected as the General Contractor for the Forest Heights Subdivision project for excavation and grading of the current land, installation of underground utilities, curb and gutter, as well as asphalt paving. Nixa is home to more than 22,000 residents, making it one of Springfield’s largest suburban communities. Forest Heights offers the growing Nixa community a beautiful subdivision with scenic views of the rolling hills and close access to schools. We’re proud to have delivered this project on time and on budget all while continuing to build our relationship with Bussell Building.
