Westbury Gardens Subdivision

The Westbury Gardens Subdivision is a 94-lot residential development located in Republic, Missouri. Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was selected as the General Contractor for this $2.6 million project. ESS was contracted by Westbury Gardens, LLC to perform the mass grading, earthwork, tree clearing, underground utilities, curb and gutter, as well as asphalt paving. Crews also created an additional turn lane off of Kansas Avenue, Frisco, and Highway 60. This will significantly improve traffic flow in the area and reduce the residents’ commute time. ESS brought the manpower and self-performed everything on this project, excluding erosion control. With our impressive capabilities and capacity, ESS was able to deliver this project under budget to the owner.
