Emery Sapp and Sons were contacted to participate in the redevelopment of the Courtyards complex. ESS was asked to tear down the existing structures and prepare the site to rebuild the 52 unit apartment building in its place. This included renovating the existing common space and constructing 10,000 square feet of new common space and walkway to the John Knox Village Pavilion.
