The Walmart Neighborhood Market on East Sunshine Street in Springfield, MO is the 500th store of its kind. The new store will carry grocery, pharmaceutical and household items while providing an estimated 95 new jobs. Emery Sapp and Sons were contracted through the Nabholz Construction Corporation to help develop the location.

Scope of Work
ESS performed the 7.5 acres of clearing and grading operations, installed over 5,500 linear feet of various underground utilities, paved the new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and the new entrance to the complex.
