Emery Sapp & Sons was contracted to build the Turkey Creek Substation. This job was completed in phases, in which we had to dynamite an entire hillside. The first phase consisted of building the pad to support the substation; followed by phase two that consisted of building a concrete conduit, precast concrete trench, and the installation of grounding.
