Rogers Executive Airport
Runway Rehabilitation
Rogers, AR
Emery Sapp and Sons were contracted by the City of Rogers, Arkansas for the rehabilitation to Runway 2-20 at the Rogers Executive Airport. The scope of this work included a runway overhaul, a new LED lighting system, and major drainage work. As the general contractor, our biggest hurdle was ensuring that the airport’s production was impacted as little as possible. In order to do this, ESS worked 12-hour shifts around the clock for 8 days, completing this project 2 days ahead of schedule even with changes and additions to the scope of work.
