Seeking to build a sustainable facility to manufacturer every product while allowing room for future growth, Emery Sapp & Sons helped deliver a new 632,000-square-foot facility. Scope of Work
ESS moved over 500,000 cubic yards of material in just under 60 calendar days to fast-track the excavation and grading process. During the concrete phase, ESS had to innovate and used a stringless-paver to make large and small pours alike such as concrete medians for the parking lots. The project received over 45,000 square yards of asphalt and 16,279 linear feet of underground utilities.
