Kelly Highlands is a new apartment complex that consists of seven buildings with 196 units on a former monastery site and one building with 33 units on a site just west of Kelly’s Ridge. The seven buildings on the former monastery site have 126 one-bedroom units and 70 two-bedroom units, while the building west of Kelly’s Ridge have 23 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units.

Scope of Work
The second phase of Kelly Highlands Apartments consisted of excavating 30,000 cubic yards of material for the 7 building complex, in addition to the installation of all necessary underground utilities. After construction began, the owner awarded ESS 15,000 square yards of parking lot paving as well as phase three of the complex (another 20,000 cubic yards of excavation and utilities)
