A Look Back at Shareholder Week 2026: Built on Employee Ownership

We’re looking back at Shareholder Week 2026. Every year, we choose to take a week in March to celebrate the collective success of the powerhouse enterprise of ESS Companies, educate on the ESOP, and recognize the people doing the work that keeps our companies moving.

Throughout the month, ESS leadership spent extra time in the field and in offices across the region, stopping at jobsites and talking with crews about their ESOP, employee ownership, and acknowledging their grind.

Shareholder Week was a chance to connect that day-to-day execution to the bigger picture — company performance, growth, and ownership.

The week wrapped with Stock Price Reveal Parties. Employee-owners from all locations gathered at four different parties across the Midwest to celebrate their hard work and take part in celebrating a record-breaking stock price. The events brought together field crews, office teams, and leadership in one room, all tied back to the same thing: ownership.

Ownership culture continues to grow across the organization, with more employee-owners getting vested every year. This year 155 ESS employee-owners became vested. A large portion of that group is our field folks — operators, laborers, truck drivers, and mechanics.

Shareholder Week reflects something that runs year-round. Crews show up, get it done, and adjust when needed to keep projects moving.

Thank you, to all of our employer-owners, for your hard work, commitment, and ownership. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited for what’s ahead and confident in what we’ll accomplish. When it all comes together, it shows in how we deliver, how we operate, and how we keep raising the bar as one.
