Experienced concrete foremen supervise concrete laborers and paver operators, overseeing all activities relating to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing and curing. Managing project materials and resources as well as overseeing the use of equipment and tools is a must. Ultimately, an exceptional concrete foreman should demonstrate excellent management and problem-solving skills as well as enforce compliance with safety regulations.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR:
- Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and plans comes easily to you.
- Staking and checking grade is something you are familiar with.
- Your organizational and time management skills are outstanding and you meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Math comes easy to you, and your analytical, problem-prevention and problem-solving game is strong.
- You have experience with managing self-performing crews on construction projects that include earthwork, structures, concrete/asphalt paving and underground utilities.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Field Supervisor Academy
- Silica Training
