They might be rough around the edges but our concrete finishers know how to smooth it out. In this role, you will assist the concrete crew in mixing, pouring, forming, and finishing concrete for roadways, sidewalks, curbing, gutters, and more. This isn’t an inside job, literally. It’s a physically intense position where you get to work outside on your feet.
VIEW CURRENT OPPORTUNITIESOPPORTUNITIES FOR:
- Have the ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with the site supervisor.
- You can safely and efficiently use electrical, hand tools, power tools and layout tools as well as measure.
- Stamina? You’ve got it in spades.
- You’ve been eating your Wheaties. Lifting heavy objects, walking and standing for long periods of time and performing strenuous physical labor will be required.
- You’re good with your hands! The position requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Silica Training
