Governed by your safety mindset, you naturally instill this in others, inspire our initiatives throughout the company and ensure that ESS is compliant. You’re the eyes and ears on our project sites. - You’ve been around the block — you know what safety looks like and can help prevent incidents from happening.
- When it comes to incident reporting, you have investigative skills as sharp as Sherlock Holmes.
- You can channel your inner teacher and conduct the necessary training for other employee-owners.
- As their leader, you know how to efficiently prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Building relationships with other employee-owners and partners of ESS is your top priority next to getting them home safely everyday.
