What does a Quality Manager do?
The project is only as good as the materials it is built with. You’re well aware of that mantra by now….maybe you even have it printed on a wall somewhere. As our quality control manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that mantra stays alive. By managing our quality control teams, overseeing the procedures and inspections, you’ll be helping us move full steam ahead.

You might be a good fit if...
- You have experience with QC testing and inspection for all earthwork, concrete, and asphalt scopes of work.
- You’re a task master with excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- You’re a stat stud! You possess strong math and analytical skills and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- You carry a sharp pencil and have experience recording and organizing all necessary documents for implementation, maintenance, confirmation and effectiveness of the contractor’s QC Program and Plans.
- You’re fluent in the language of drawings, plans and blueprints.
- Thinking on your feet comes naturally and you can quickly process information and make decisions.
