The Lance Trager Memorial Safety Award Presented to Greg Hill
Lance Trager was a former employee-owner who always had safety at the forefront of his mind. He was meticulous when it came to safety, and had a genuine passion for ESS. Lance tragically passed away due to an on-the-job accident several years ago.
At the 2022 Annual Meeting, the Lance Trager Memorial Safety Award was presented in his memory to Foreman Greg Hill. Greg’s top priority is safety, and he constantly promotes a positive safety culture. Greg was selected not only for his past success, but for his clear commitment to safety each and every day. He treats his crew members like his own family.
