We’re always looking to add talent to our bench, which is why at Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS), it pays to recruit! Our employee-owners know exactly what it takes to crush it on our teams. So, if they know a hard worker who’d be a good fit, they can introduce them to us and get rewarded.
Here’s the deal: An employee-owner refers a friend, the friend gets hired, and our employee-owner scores some cash. They earn more the longer their referral stays with us — up to $1,000 after one year of employment!
But wait, there’s more! Each year, we randomly pick a name from the employee-owners who have successfully referred their friends. As an extra “thank you” for bringing someone into our ESS family, one winner is selected and receives $2,000 bonus cash.
