Each year, we have three new inductees into the Blue Bloods. These employee-owners are the embodiment of what it means to “bleed blue” through their daily hard work and commitment to the company.

Since his start with Emery Sapp in 1984, Phil has shown what it takes to be a tried and true Blue Blood. His mentorship and guidance build a culture of hard work and passion for every project. Thank you for all you do, Phil.

For 24 years, Chip has been a positive force at ESS. Always having the best interest of his employee-owners, the company, and our clients made him a Blue Blood, even without the official title. Congratulations, Chip – you deserve it!

A committed colleague, trusted mentor, and devoted friend. Pete was the original Blue Blood. He set the tone of getting stuff done while having a good time and building our company culture. Pete’s passing was felt by all employee-owners, but he will forever be part of the Emery Sapp legacy.
