As Executive Vice President of Finance, Dan is responsible for managing the financial functions of ESS as well as critical support teams including accounting and job cost services. Dan ensures our ESOP is compliant and maintained to provide the best value to our employee-owners. Dan oversees the firm’s accounting practices, valuation processes, identifies and interfaces with financial institutions, and mitigates business risks.
