What does a Mechanic do?
This position requires you to get your hands dirty. Our mechanics are powerhouses when it comes to performing preventative maintenance. They can inspect, diagnose and repair vehicles and large equipment. Being quick on your feet and getting things done in an efficient manner is a must. Our projects don’t perform if our equipment isn’t running, and our mechanics are often heroes of the day!

You’re a good fit if…
- You’re familiar with construction procedures, OSHA guidelines, and construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues.
- Your ability to problem solve accurately and efficiently is impeccable.
- You have no problem working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
- You have an eye for detail and making correct diagnoses.
- Understanding system controls, operation and configurations come natural to you.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of working on various construction equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Case, & John Deere.
- You have previous mechanical, welding and electrical experience.
- You’re proficient with diagnostic systems such as CAT ET or related software.
