Coordination will be your middle name, and you’ll be fast friends with our project manager. Our superintendent position is the go-to person for the details on a project site, ensuring our crews are on track to complete their jobs efficiently and safely.

- You’re an expert on all things regarding construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
- You know drawings, plans and blueprints like the back of your hand
- You like the nitty gritty
- Details and time management are second nature
- You have an analytical mind and possess strong math skills
- You have experience with managing self-perform crews on construction projects with heavy civil scopes
