What does an Operations Manager do?
Picture yourself rolling up to the job site, windows down in your truck, evaluating the playing field. That’s your project. Our Operations Managers make sure that all the moving parts and pieces are operating with excellence and utmost safety. This position is not one for the faint of heart. This position faces challenges head on and spots problems before they occur. You’ll be in charge of supervising, communicating and training all superintendents & foreman. It’ll be like playing chess with equipment and people to get them where they need to be – sound like fun? Checkmate.
