What does a Foreman do?
Take your career to new heights as a foreman. They lead and inspire a literal, high-performing team. There’s a lot that goes into it. Coordinating tasks according to priorities and deadlines, consulting drawings and plans for installation accuracy, and resolving problems that may affect project quality are just a few. A successful foreman keeps the project on schedule and on budget while directing, coaching and training their crew to be on the top of their game.

- Assessing and troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions comes easy to you.
- You are a little obsessed with safety and performing maintenance checks.
- Traveling and remaining on projects for lengthy periods of time is no issue.
- You’re the dependable type, and work with little supervision to lead a team of individuals.
- You’ve always been a bit of a math-lete and your analytical skills are on point.
