Emery Sapp & Sons delivered an outstanding project on time and at a great value to the citizens. Their work included constructing 6 miles of four-lane freeway, 21 bridges, 16 RCB’s, 3 RCB bridges, and 2 miles of noise walls through wetlands. Throughout the three-year course of construction, ESS displayed a high level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to quality. They demonstrated efficiency, timeliness, and innovation.
