The Law Company subcontracted Emery Sapp & Sons for the construction of the taxiway and apron in Fort Riley, Kansas. Emery Sapp and Sons provided concrete paving for the taxiway, apron, sidewalks and walking path for the section around Fort Riley’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) hangar.

Scope of Work

To exceed USCOE project specifications, slip form and side form paving of 8.5″ and 9″ PCCP (Portland cement concrete pavement) was utilized. Overall quantities include 33,806 square yards of concrete paving, a combined 14,914 square feet of sidewalk and walking paths, and 10,008 linear feet of storm sewer.
