Scope of Work

The siding consisted of constructing a new three-span precast bridge, 45,000 cubic yards of excavation and grading, and 12,000 tons of sub-ballast. The project also required the construction of a new three-span bridge over the BNSF railroad in order to eliminate an existing at-grade city street crossing. The overpass also consisted of 100,000 cubic yards of embankment and 1,600 tons of asphalt pavement. Precast girders totaled 907 linear feet and driven piles exceeded 3,300 linear feet. Concrete work totaled 707 square yards and includes the slab for the three-span bridge.
