Aspen Heights Construction and J.E. Dunn Construction Company contracted Emery Sapp & Sons to provide turnkey infrastructure services for the Aspen Height Springfield housing development. The new development encompassed 268,500 square feet of student housing and an adjacent parking garage in Springfield, Missouri.

ESS crews worked diligently to produce a top-notch infrastructure product. In total, ESS excavated 5,280 cubic yards of material and imported 4,852 cubic yards of low-volume change material. Additionally, ESS completed all paving work for the project totaling 788 square yards of concrete pavement, 530 square yards of sidewalk, 2,028 linear feet of curb and gutter, and 4,255 square yards of asphalt paving. ESS also constructed an underground communications duct bank of 575 linear feet as well as a 1,800 square feet landscape retaining wall.
