Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) is proud to support the construction of EaglePicher Technologies’ new state-of-the-art energetics operation in Joplin, Missouri. Located on a 55.63-acre site within the Crossroads Business Park, this premier defense and aerospace manufacturing facility will feature cutting-edge manufacturing technology with semiautomation capabilities.
ESS is the subcontractor responsible for grading, utilities, and paving, thus providing the critical building platform and supporting infrastructure for the project.
This includes:
Excavating approximately 28,000 cubic yards of earth
Installing 8,491 linear feet of underground utilities
Pouring 1,045 cubic yards of concrete for paving
Constructing 13,320 square feet of sidewalks
Installing 4,200 linear feet of curb and gutter
This project represents a significant investment in the region, with an estimated $80-million annual revenue capacity and the potential to drive job growth and economic development for years to come.
