The Villages at Pinnacle Hills

Project Overview

The Villages at Pinnacle Hills are not your typical townhomes. In this subdivision, you’ll be met with luxury and high-end living. The project sits on a 20-acre residential and commercial development located south of Bellview Road in Rogers, Arkansas. The Villages at Pinnacle Hills are comprised of 151 units and a 7,500 square foot plot reserved for commercial and retail spaces. The village offers everything from detached cottages and detached bungalows, to two-level lofts, attached townhomes, and attached ‘brownstone’ townhomes.

Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was awarded this project by the Cottages at Pinnacle Hills, LLC and Bespoke Homes to perform the earthwork, underground utilities, as well as concrete and asphalt paving. To keep up with the luxurious look of this subdivision, ESS utilized a paver system to produce high quality tiles that add to the landscape. In addition to operating this machine, our crews were tasked with keeping it clean and readily available at all times. We’re proud to deliver a quality subdivision to the community of Rogers, Arkansas.
