Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport East Apron Expansion

Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was contracted to build an extension of Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport’s (XNA) east airport apron. This extension significantly reduced congestion in the passenger boarding area. ESS provided excavation, grading, concrete paving, asphalt paving, and underground utility services. Upon completion, ESS delivered 53,000 cubic yards of grading and excavation, piled 18,000 square yards of topsoil, installed 11,400 square yards of the cement-treated base, and placed a total of 600 linear feet of 7×7 box culverts.
