Westbury Gardens Subdivision

Project Overview

The Westbury Gardens Subdivision is a 94-lot residential development located in Republic, Missouri. Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was selected by Westbury Gardens, LLC as the General Contractor for this $2.6 million project. ESS performed all mass grading, earthwork, tree clearing, underground utilities, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving. Crews also created an additional turn lane off of Kansas Avenue, Frisco, and Highway 60. This work significantly improves traffic flow in the area and reduces the commute time for local residents. ESS brought the manpower and self-performed everything on this project, excluding erosion control. With our impressive capabilities and capacity, ESS was able to deliver this project under budget to the owner.
