Located just off Highway 14 in Nixa, Missouri, Forest Heights is one of the largest residential developments in the region. As the General Contractor of the Forest Heights Subdivision project, Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) completed excavation and grading of the current land, installation of underground utilities, curb and gutter and asphalt paving.

With more than 22,000 residents, Nixa is one of Springfield’s largest suburban communities. ESS is proud to have delivered this project on time and within budget all while continuing to build our relationship with Bussell Building and the Nixa community. Upon completion, ESS delivered 28,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 9,300 linear feet of underground utilities and 6,300 tons of asphalt paving.
