Expressing Gratitude
Our Annual Meeting is an exciting and traditional event at Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) that all employee-owners look forward to attending together. When our event was required to go virtual this year, we knew it was going to be both a challenge and a priority to express that camaraderie in a virtual format. However, the best solutions are always found within our own people. Employee-owners company wide were eager to share their kind words and express their gratitude for others as part of the KUDOS segment of the Annual Meeting Virtual Experience.
The KUDOS segment embodies the true culture of the ESS family. Employee-owners were able to see familiar, and maybe not-so-familiar faces offering authentic and personalized messages to specific individuals throughout the entire company.
