As Assistant Vice President, Tyler leads project and field management for the firm’s Kansas City operations and more than 150 employee-owners. Tyler is responsible for preconstruction, project management, constructability and cost analysis, equipment utilization, workforce and talent development efforts as well as supporting the firm’s financial analysis. Tyler also has diverse experience across all aspects of infrastructure, client types, and projects and has distinguished himself as one of the firms foremost earthwork experts.
