Jesse Hinton

Assistant Vice President

Jesse has over 19 years of construction experience serving as the structures specialist on heavy highway projects. He is responsible for implementing our project-specific Quality Management Plan and oversees the quality controls during both design and construction. He has won two awards from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America’s Build America Award for Highway and Transportation Renovation. Jesse started his career with ESS as a survey intern and worked his way up to working on some of the firm’s biggest projects, including the South Lawrence Trafficway project. Jesse knows the way that ESS delivers work and is a needle mover when it comes to structural innovation.
