As Assistant Vice President, Billy is responsible for pursuing and managing work within the Northwest Arkansas market. With more than two decades of experience, Billy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Working with the Springfield management and operational teams, Billy continues to expand ESS’ capabilities throughout the NWA region in both the public and private sectors. He is passionate about growing our local workforce and positioning our team to take on aggressive and complex infrastructure projects throughout the region.
