What does a Carpenter do?
Shape your own career path. Our carpenters build and assemble concrete forms such as bridge structures, box culverts, wing walls and retaining walls. Experienced in reading blueprints, a tape measure and a square, carpenters know how to get those precise measurements. Things get really cool when they tie steel and drive piling.

You’re a good fit if...
- You have experience in building custom wood forms as well as commercially available form systems.
- You’re a neat freak and love to keep the job site clean.
- You’re a flame thrower, and have welding experience under your tool belt.
- You enjoy traveling and working for extended periods of time on projects around the region.
- You haven’t met a hand or power tool yet that you can’t proficiently use.
- You’re not afraid to work in all conditions including extreme temperatures, confined spaces, high places, and in excavated areas.
