As one of the Midwest’s leading infrastructure contractors the last 50 years, ESS has had enormous impact to the region.

ESS is made up of more than 1,600 full-time employee-owners across all operations, making it one of the largest employers in any industry in the Midwest.
Our operational teams deliver an average of 450 infrastructure projects annually, ranging from commercial site development to roadway construction.
The ESS Foundation has granted more than 140 scholarships to students since 2019.
