About the ESS Foundation
Improving our industry
The ESS Foundation is an ESS Companies employee-owner-led, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It exists to promote the construction industry, provide career opportunities, and benefit community development projects.
ESS Foundation scholarships
Supporting the future workforce
The ESS Foundation supports students pursuing careers in the construction industry through the ESS Foundation Scholarship, $1,500 per year for up to four years, and the $3,000 Justin Gay Memorial Scholarship.
Eligibility Requirements:
- U.S. citizen or documented permanent resident
- Applying to or enrolled in college, graduate school, trade school (1+ year), or a craft training program
- Pursuing a construction-related career (not limited to technical degrees)
- Must submit transcripts, letters of recommendation, and an essay
140+ scholarships granted
