Pauline Whitaker Parkway – Bellview Road

Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was named the General Contractor for the Pauline Whitaker Parkway - Bellview Road project in Rogers, Arkansas. This project was divided into two phases. Phase I included extending a roadway and constructing a new bridge. The roadway consisted of a 1,700 square foot extension to South JB Hunt Drive, connecting Blossom Way Creek to the intersection of Bellview Road. The new addition of a bridge consisted of a 450 square foot overpass crossing above Blossom Way Creek. Not only did our crews complete a roadway extension and a new bridge during Phase I, but they also implemented water and sewer line relocations and improvements, storm drainage systems, and other underground utilities.

Phase II of this project includes the construction of the JB Hunt Roundabout at the intersection of Bellview Road and South JB Hunt Drive. Built in the heart of the Pinnacle “Uptown” Rogers, the Pauline Whitaker Parkway provides better access to new office buildings, restaurants, entertainment, and housing in one of the fastest-growing places in the nation.
