Shawn has spent more than 29 years at ESS growing our world-class equipment capabilities. As Executive Vice President of Operations, he is equal parts strategist and facilitator, managing the adoption, implementation and operational impact of our heavy equipment fleet. Shawn is instrumental in project pursuit and execution, leveraging the tools and expertise of our company to deliver for our clients. Shawn is an equipment expert and plays a critical role in managing ESS’ market leading equipment fleet.
