We are excited to announce that Tyler Myers and Scott Zepp have recently been promoted to positions within the Operations Management Team (OMT).
Tyler Myers, PE is named Kansas City’s Assistant Branch Manager. In his 8 years at ESS, Tyler has worked on many projects for the DOT/Heavy Highway office, the Springfield office, and the Kansas City office. Tyler has diverse experience across all aspects of infrastructure, client types, and projects. As Field Operations Manager, he played a pivotal role growing Kansas City’s field operations and capabilities as well as developing many of ESS’s field education and the new Supervisor Training program. As Kansas City’s Assistant Branch Manager, Tyler will continue to oversee field operations and work with local and corporate leaders to set the tone for the Kansas City branch.
Scott Zepp is named Branch Manager of Equipment. In his 10 years at ESS, Scott has served in three regional branches and played a substantial role in shaping the world-class equipment capabilities at ESS. Scott leads a team of more than 80 employee-owners comprised of shop and yard managers, equipment specialists, mechanics, and truck drivers. As Branch Manager of Equipment, Scott will champion equipment utilization initiatives, manage equipment vendor and supplier engagement, and oversee equipment purchases and rentals. He continues to oversee all facets of the equipment fleet including logistics, maintenance operations, safety assurance, and operational impact.
