To help further develop the Edwardsville and Legends area, Emery Sapp & Sons was able to lay out the groundwork, utilities, and concrete for the 32-acre mixed-use development complex. The development will include space for hotels, 22,000 square feet of conference space, and designations for both retail and restaurants.

ESS managed to complete a total of 7,703 linear feet of underground utilities, 880 square yards of concrete paving, a combined 19,226 linear feet of concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter, and 250,976 cubic yards of excavation and grading.
